We are hiring 15 Project Coordinators for one of our clients from the Telecom sector for the below-mentioned cities.
Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Rahim Yar Khan, and Sahiwal
Job descriptions and cities are mentioned for your reference. Those who have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in Telecom sales/Promotion are encouraged to apply.
HELPING IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OPERATION EXCELLENCE PLAN
- Monitor and evaluate performance.
- Facilitate city managers in taking corrective actions on grooming and capability building of field staff
- Report City managers are attempting WW/WR based on scorecard and variance calculation.
- Ensure strong coordination of merchandising force with the Sales Team.
- Identify the area of improvement and take corrective action to Improve the quality of work
- Facilitate Meetings on projects update, operational issues, and challenges.
- Close Liaison with the Project Manager and QC Team for Route uploading.
TRAINING
- Training of the field Staff on Application and Merchandising/ Sales Modalities
- Regular conducting of Monthly Operation Reviews in presence of the Client
- Conducting refresher sessions on a quarterly basis
- Identifying any skill gaps in the team based on reporting
HR and Administration
- Providing placement in case of attrition
- Maintain a Database of potential candidates
- Review Time adherence & Attendance records for payroll processing
- Timely compilation of salaries and incentives in liaison with regional coordinators and city managers
- Implementation of training and recruitment policies
- Ensure availability of backup resources in case of attrition in collaboration with Regional Coordinators
- Maintaining employee records and contracts

Required Qualification:
- Minimum 2-3 Years of Market experience in Merchandising/Sales in the telecom industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of using Android applications
- Microsoft Office
- Reporting skills
- Good team Player
- Quick Learner
- Minimum Qualification Bachelor and above
Package:
60K to 70K with other Perks and benefits
