We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team to cater to customers and help them through the process of installation. To ensure success as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for using your knowledge & expertise in company Tracking Products to connect with consumers, you should have a good working knowledge of Vehicle Tracking Services, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all outbound calls and addressing customer needs
• Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between Team members.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Must be detail-oriented

Requirements:

• Laptop/Computer/Headphone and Internet must be available at own
• Intermediate in any other major (Preferably)
• Good knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Orientation at Zoom meeting

Job Type: Remote – 40 hours per week,

Salary range: 20,000 –25,000 Plus Commission (Depending on the experience)

PREFERRED SKILLS
